Motivated Our Self
It is wrong requires other people to motivate you. Nobody is responsible for the sinking of the motivation that arises within you, but your own. Speech leader passionate, exciting training programs or the full vision statement beautiful sentences, all that effort just knocked on the door of your self-motivation. If you are not willing to open it, no matter how hard pounding will not be useful. Since you are responsible for career and your life, then wake up, wake yourself.
You are not responsible for the rise and fall of the motivation of others. Because you do not always know what their expectations. The motivation is always associated with hope. Provide a place for them to meet the expectations together; between you and them. Then work shoulder to shoulder to make it happen. Motivation always comes from the joy.
